The Chihuahua is the smallest, longest living, and oldest known dog in all of North and Central America. Increasing in popularity over the past 15yrs due to TV commercials for tacos and Hollywood Socialites looking for a new toy, there are an abundance of Chihuahuas available, especially at the dog pound, because the Chihuahuas were abandoned by people who babied the dog too much and now can't take care of the psychological problems the Chihuahuas now suffer from.
