Poodle: Index

The Poodle continues to be one of the most popular breeds in the United States. Frequently shown as a show dog, the Poodle has a distinct type of haircut that only a Poodle can wear, featuring puffballs (or pom-poms) on the ankles, tail and across the front half of its body, while the back half remains shaved down to the skin. The Poodle is very easy to train and is one of the best family pets available. This is a good dog for the 1st time owner.
