Shih Tzu: Index

The Shih-Tzu has a very magnificent long coat which has been prized for centuries. Because of their beauty, they were considered royal property by the Emperors of China and didnt make it to the West until the 1930's, after the British Army captured Peking. The Shih-Tzu is a very good family pet and adores attention and companionship. They are easy to train and can be a great first dog for the novice dog owner.
